Huawei is all set to introduce its latest smartwatch, called the Watch GT Runner 2, in China tomorrow. A handful of features of the upcoming wearable have already leaked multiple times ahead of the launch. Now, the German tech publication WinFuture has posted a handful of photos of the Huawei Watch GT Runner 2, which have revealed its design from all angles.
Huawei Watch GT Runner 2’s alleged design tipped via leaked photos
The Huawei Watch GT Runner 2 is going to succeed the nearly five-year-old GT Runner first-generation. The wearable could arrive with a handful of upgrades in both hardware and software departments. As you can see in the leaked photos, Huawei could opt for a more stylish design for the Watch GT Runner 2. The brand has appeared to keep the signature sports style, but has made major changes in colors and other elements.
The Watch GT Runner 2 has a refreshed design featuring a round dial set within a striking geometric frame. Another standout design element is the vibrant orange and blue layer sandwiched between the main frame and the titanium case. Overall, the upcoming wearable boasts a slim yet bold profile that makes a stylish statement on the wrist.
New appealing two-tone strap options will be available
Apart from the design refresh, the Huawei Watch GT Runner 2 will also be available in new interesting shades. There’s a black variant with a plain black color strap, and there are two different shades with multi-color straps. There’s a strap with three shades, including Orange, Purple, and White. One of the strap options features blue color in three different tones, ranging from light to dark.
Huawei will provide us with a better look at all the variants of the Watch GT Runner 2 tomorrow. We’ll also have complete details regarding the wearable’s features, pricing, and availability, so stay tuned.
