Early life and background

Aishwarya Sheoran was born in 1997 and raised in Churu, Rajasthan. Her father served in the Indian Army as Colonel Ajay Kumar, and her mother is Suman Sheoran. She completed her schooling at Sanskriti School in Chaitanyapuri, New Delhi, and went on to study economics at Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, graduating with an Honours degree in Economics.

She grew up in an environment that valued education and discipline. At school she was a high‑performing student and served as head girl. She passed her higher secondary examinations with top marks in the science stream.

Career

Sheoran began participating in beauty contests while at college. Her pageant journey started with Delhi Times Fresh Face in 2014 and included contests such as Miss Clean & Clear (2015), Campus Princess Delhi (2016) and the Beauty with a Purpose segment. In 2016 she reached the final stage of Femina Miss India, finishing among the top 21 contestants.

In 2018 Sheoran stepped away from modelling to focus on the UPSC Civil Services examinations. In the 2019 Civil Services Examination she secured an all‑India rank of 93 when results were declared in August 2020. That achievement led to public congratulations from serving officers and marked her transition from the fashion world into a career in the Indian administrative service.
