Amish Tripathi was born on 18 October 1974 in Mumbai, India. Raised in a family with strong cultural and religious influences, he attended The Cathedral & John Connon School in Mumbai before going on to St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai for business administration and then completing an MBA at IIM Calcutta. He later received a doctorate degree in Art and Literature from Jharkhand Rai University.
