Amruta Khanvilkar was born on 23 November 1984 in Pune, Maharashtra. Raised in a family that includes her parents Raju and Gauri Khanvilkar and a younger sister, Aditi, she spent her formative years in Maharashtra and later moved to Mumbai for education. She attended Ashok Academy in Mumbai and went on to graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai with a degree in commerce and economics.
