Ananya Sharma was born on 7 May 2001 in Warangal, Telangana, and grew up in Hyderabad. She completed her schooling in Hyderabad before moving to Chennai for higher education. Ananya earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai. She is Indian by nationality and her zodiac sign is Taurus.

Career

Ananya developed an interest in acting at a young age and began performing in short films and comedy videos produced by the Chai Bisket team. Those early projects appeared on the YouTube channel Chai Bisket and include pieces such as Flatmates – Every Roommate Ever, Brother and Sister Tales, Mana Bathukamma, and Things Batch Of 2020 Graduates Go Through, all released in 2020.

Her first credited web-series role came in 2021 with the Telugu show 30 Weds 21, produced by Chai Bisket, in which she played Meghna. She returned for the second season of the series in 2022.
