Anisha Angelina Victor was born in Delhi in 1994 and raised in a family with ties to the Indian Army. Her father, Col. Gerrald Victor, is a retired army officer and her mother, Anita Victor, is a homemaker. She grew up moving between different Indian cities because of her family’s military background. Victor attended St. Stephen’s College in Delhi, where she completed a B.A.
