Anoushka Chauhan was born in 1998 in what was then part of Uttar Pradesh and is now Uttarakhand. Raised in Dehradun, she attended Kendriya Vidyalaya FRI and later studied at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Gandhinagar, where she completed a Bachelor of Design in Fashion Communication. She belongs to the Jaunsari ethnic community and practices Hinduism.
