Anupama E Parameswaran was born on 18 February 1996 in Irinjalakuda in the Thrissur district of Kerala. Raised in a middle-class household, she is the daughter of Parameswaran Erekkath and Sunitha Parameswaran. She attended Don Bosco Higher Secondary School in Irinjalakuda and went on to graduate from CMS College, Kottayam with a degree in Communicative English.
