Anuradha Bhat was born on 23 July in Mangalore, Karnataka. She grew up in a middle-class family and spent her formative years in Karnataka, later making Bengaluru her hometown. Her parents are Srikrishna Bhat, a retired mechanic, and Gayathri Srikrishna, a homemaker. She has a younger sister, Anupama Bhat, who works as a television anchor and actor.

Anuradha attended Carmel School in Mangalore and continued her higher education at MSNIM - Manel Srinivasa Nayak Institute of Management, Mangalore, where she completed an MBA. She also holds a B.Sc.
