Bhakti Kubavat was born on 12 May 1991 in Tanga, Tanzania and grew up in a Gujarati family. Her father, Dr Suresh N Kubavat, is a consultant physician and her mother Rekha Kubavat is a homemaker. She has a brother, Vishwas, and a sister, Shradha. Bhakti completed her schooling in Gujarat, attending Carmel Convent School in Junagadh and Vidyani Vidyalaya in Baroda. Initially admitted to study dentistry, she later shifted direction and completed undergraduate studies at Dayananda Sagar Institute in Bengaluru. She went on to earn an MBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the B. K. School of Business Management, Gujarat University.
