Brianna Monique Garcia‑Colace, known professionally as Brie Bella, was born on November 21, 1983, in San Diego, California, and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. She and her twin sister Nikki grew up together in a family that includes their parents, Jon Garcia and Kathy Colace, and a brother, JJ Garcia. The sisters played club soccer in their youth for the Sereno Golden Eagles; Nikki later went on to play at Grossmont College. Brie attended Chaparral High School in Scottsdale.
