Celina Jaitly was born on 24 November 1981 in Kabul, Afghanistan. She grew up moving between cities because of her family circumstances and attended City Montessori School in Lucknow and Canossa Convent High School in Mumbai. She completed her college education at Khalikote Autonomous College in Berhampur, Odisha, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honours in accountancy.
