Debansu Rayaguru was born on 12 December 1999 in Rayagada, Odisha. He grew up in his hometown before relocating with his family to Hyderabad in 2016. Debansu completed schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 in Bolangir and later at Kendriya Vidyalaya Gachibowli in Hyderabad. He went on to study law at Osmania University and holds a degree in law.
