Dhairya Karwa was born on 19 November 1990 in Jaipur, Rajasthan. He spent formative years in Dehradun, where he attended a boarding school and developed an early interest in sports, particularly basketball. Karwa completed his undergraduate studies with a B.Com. (Hons) from Sri Ram College of Commerce at Delhi University and later pursued an MBA in Mumbai.
