Dinesh Lal Yadav was born on 2 February 1979 in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his intermediate education in 1997 through the West Bengal Council Higher Secondary Education. Raised in a family rooted in Ghazipur, his parents are Kumar Yadav and Chandra Jyoti Devi. He has several siblings, including brothers Vijay Lal Yadav and Pravesh Lal Yadav, a sister Lalita Yadav, and step-sisters Sushila Yadav and Asha Yadav.
