Divya Chouksey was born on 14 November 1990 in Bhopal. She completed her schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 in Bhopal and went on to earn a degree in Mass Communication followed by a master’s in Documentary Filmmaking from Bedfordshire in the United Kingdom.

She grew up in a family headed by her father, Mohan Chouksey, a consumer lawyer. She had a brother, Mayank Chouksey, and a sister, Pallavi Chouksey. Divya was known to enjoy travelling and spending time with friends, and she was an avid dog lover. She also had a number of tattoos.

Career

Divya worked across acting, singing and songwriting. Her on-screen work included appearances in television projects such as MTV Making, MTV True Life and the long-running crime series C.I.D. She modeled for television commercials and participated in fashion shows as part of her early career.
