Snehal Shah, who performs as DJ Rink and is sometimes called Rinku, was born on 19 September 1983 in Gujarat. She grew up in a Gujarati family and pursued formal studies in commerce and business management in Mumbai. Her education includes a master’s degree in commerce from Mithibai College and a diploma in business management from Welingkar Institute. She also completed a course in sound engineering at the Institute of Government Polytechnic in Bandra.
