Dulquer Salmaan was born on 28 July 1986 in Kochi, Kerala. He spent his early years in his hometown and attended schools in Kochi and Chennai, studying at Toc-H Public School and later Sishya School. After finishing school he moved to the United States where he completed a Bachelor of Business Management at Purdue University.
