Early life and backgroundEisha Singh was born on 24 December 1998 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. She grew up in Bhopal and attended Shree Bhavan’s Bharti Public School. From childhood she was confident and interested in performance; by fourth grade she began to dream of an acting career, although as she grew older she briefly considered other professions before deciding to pursue acting. Her family includes her parents and a younger brother named Rudraksh. Her mother, Rekha Singh, works as a writer and her father, Pankaj Singh, is a businessman.
Career
Singh launched her television career as a teenager. At 17 she made her TV debut in 2015 with the Colors TV series Ishq Ka Rang Safed, portraying the character Dhaani Awasthi, a young widow. She was still in 11th class while shooting for the show, and her performance earned attention early in her career. When the storyline required her character to become a mother, Singh chose to leave the serial rather than continue in that direction.
Following that breakout, she joined the cast of Zee TV’s Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, taking on three distinct roles — Rani Singh, Rani Chauhan and Naina — which were well received. In 2018 she returned to Zee TV in Ishq Subhan Allah as Zara Siddiqui, a Muslim girl, and developed a noted on-screen rapport with co-star Adnan Khan. She later made a guest appearance in an episode of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya in 2020.
Singh expanded beyond television into other screen projects as well. She appeared in the 2022 film Middle Class Love in the role of Ashna “Ash.” She has also featured in music videos, including Main Tera Ho Gaya and Kaale Kaale Chashme (2021).
In 2022 she was cast as Shuhani Sharma Oberoi in the television series Sirf Tum; the show had a brief run. In 2023 she joined Colors TV’s Bekaboo in the part of Bela, acting opposite Shaleen Bhanot. Across her career she has also made a number of special appearances on television.
