Elsie Hewitt Biography

British actor and model Elsie Rose Hewitt built a cross-continental career after moving from London to Los Angeles as a child. Known for modelling work, TV

Early life and background
Elsie Rose Hewitt was born on March 5, 1996, in London, England. She spent her early childhood in the city before relocating to Los Angeles at age ten. Hewitt completed her secondary education at Beverly Hills High School, where she took part in the student-run television station as a news reporter. She identifies as British and lists photography among her hobbies.

Career
Hewitt began modelling at 18 and gained notable exposure through campaigns and runway work. She joined the Wilhelmina agency in 2017 and later worked with Storm Models LA from 2019 to 2021. Early in her career she appeared in mainstream modelling projects, including the 2018 Guess Spring/Summer campaign, and was featured as Playboy’s Miss June in 2017.

Her screen career started with a small film role in 2014. Hewitt’s credits span both film and television: she appeared in the Facebook Watch web series Turnt (2018) and has since taken roles in projects such as Group (2019), Dave (2020–2021), The Exhibition of Rejects (2021), Teenage Badass (2020) where she played Melanie, Upon Waking (2023) in the role of Irene, and Industry (2024). She also appeared in the music video for the Benny Blanco and Juice WRLD song “Graduation” (2019).

Personal challenges and advocacy
Hewitt has been open about struggles linked to the modelling industry. At 17 she was asked by a modelling agency to lose weight; efforts to comply led to disordered eating and body dysmorphia. Her experiences informed later public discussion about the pressures faced by young models.

Hewitt has also been involved in charitable work. In 2022 she partnered with the Bali Children’s Project and contributed to rebuilding a school damaged by a natural disaster; the facility was later named in her honour. She has spoken about this work on social media and has collaborated with humanitarian organisations.

Public profile
Hewitt maintains an active presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and TikTok. She runs a food-focused Instagram account and YouTube channel titled Elsie Eats, where she shares culinary content. In 2024 she partnered with Caviar by DoorDash and Feeding America to link merchandise sales with meal donations.

Health and recent events
In 2024 Hewitt underwent robotic excision surgery to treat endometriosis and shared details of the procedure publicly. In 2025 she was linked romantically with comedian and actor Pete Davidson; reports and photos from a March 2025 trip to Palm Beach indicate they were together at that time.

Interests and other notes
A self-proclaimed foodie, Hewitt frequently posts about restaurants and travel. She enjoys travel and animals, often sharing images of both on social media. She has noted a preference for non-vegetarian cuisine and occasional alcohol consumption.

Latest updates
In addition to her ongoing screen work, Hewitt continues to engage with philanthropic projects and to expand her digital food brand. Her most recent acting credit in the excerpt is Industry (2024), and her personal life made headlines in 2025 when she was publicly seen with Pete Davidson.
