Eva B grew up in Lyari, a neighbourhood of Karachi, Pakistan. Born into a family from Pakistan’s Baloch minority, she spent her childhood in an environment she has described as difficult and shaped by violence and social constraints. Her parents separated when she was young, and she faced teasing and fights at school because of her family circumstances.

She attended Al-Qadir Model English School in Lyari and later enrolled at Government College for Women in Karachi. As of 2022 she was pursuing a Bachelor of Arts.
