Early life and background
Glenn Saldanha was born on 23 October 1988 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, where he was raised and continues to regard as his hometown. From a young age he was drawn to theatre, drama, debates and storytelling, interests that later informed his career in media and performance.

He attended Our Lady of Perpetual Succour High School in Mumbai. For higher education he studied at R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics and went on to complete a bachelor’s degree in Advertising at St. Andrew’s College of Arts, Science and Commerce.

Career
Glenn’s entry into audio media began with a four-month radio jockey internship at Radio One in Mumbai in January 2010. Later that year he joined Red FM as a producer and content creator. In September 2011 he moved to Fever FM (part of HT Media Ltd.) as a producer and was promoted to radio jockey in October 2013.

Alongside his radio work, Glenn developed a profile as a host and content presenter. From December 2015 he worked part-time hosting a celebrity chat show produced by Sri Adhikari Brothers Group, and he has frequently appeared on music television channels including UTV Bindass and Mastiii as a show host.

By 2022 he had added stand-up comedy to his repertoire. He also broadened his live-event credentials by hosting the Tata Women’s Premier Cricket League in March 2023.

Glenn expanded into television reality performance after taking up formal dance training at the Terence Lewis Contemporary Dance Company in Mumbai, where he received mentorship. In 2024 he entered the national spotlight as a wild card contestant on the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa on Sony Entertainment Television.
