Harsh Tuli was born on 31 July in Delhi, India, and grew up in New Delhi. He attended Army Public School in Dhaula Kuan for his schooling and later pursued higher education in hospitality. Tuli completed a bachelors degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from Oxford Brookes University and earned a masters level qualification in Hospitality Administration and Management from The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. Later, in November 2021, he assumed responsibility as head of sales and operations for the Delhi branch of Clase Azul ME9xico.
