Early life and background
Hussain Kuwajerwala was born on 12 October 1977 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Raised in a middle-class family, he lost his father at a young age. He attended Fatima High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Jai Hind College in Mumbai. From school and college days he showed a strong interest in theatre and dance, taking part in stage productions and competitions.

Career
Kuwajerwala began his entertainment career as a model appearing in commercials and campaigns before moving into television. His acting debut came in 1996 with a role in the TV series Hum Paanch. He gained wider recognition through several television roles that followed, including parts in Krishna Arjun, Rishtey and Sajan Re Phir Jhooth Mat Bolo.
