Iman Ali was born on 19 December 1977 in Lahore, Pakistan. She is the daughter of actor Abid Ali and singer Humera Ali. Raised in Lahore, she attended Divisional Public School (DPS), Model Town. She is Pakistani by nationality and her family background is identified with the Shia sect of Islam.

Career

Iman began her public career as a model and later transitioned into acting. She made her film debut in Shoaib Mansoor’s Khuda Kay Liye (2007), playing the role of Maryam.
