Jahnvi Rawat is an Indian actress, singer, dancer and theatre artist known for her role as Raavie/Ravi in the web series College Romance (seasons 3 and 4).

Early life and background

Jahnvi Rawat grew up in India and completed her schooling at All Saints' College in Nainital, Uttarakhand. She graduated from Indraprastha College for Women at Delhi University. Her father is Ajay Rawat and her mother is Lata Bhandari. She has one brother.

Career

Jahnvi began performing early, joining her school musical band, The Revelation, and later taking part in college dance and music societies. While at Indraprastha College, she was a member of the Western Dance Society called Afroza - The Burning Fire and frequently performed at college fests. During and after college she sang at inter-college events and appeared at the Soundwaves concert at the Parikrama School of Music for three years, an effort that earned her an award for achievement in music from that school in 2014.

Her professional on-screen work includes a supporting role as Nikki Tsong in the film Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele (2021). Jahnvi made a mark on the streaming scene playing the character Raavie/Ravi in the popular TVF web series College Romance; her appearances span seasons 3 and 4 on Sony Liv. She has also been featured in television commercials for brands such as Subway and Nokia.

Music and online presence

In parallel with acting, Jahnvi has pursued music and dance through digital platforms. She joined the band Sivana and performed at live events, and later collaborated with the CherryBomb media collective to record and post singing and choreography videos on their YouTube channel.
