Jaideep Ahlawat was born on 8 February 1978 in Kharkara village in Rohtak, Haryana. Raised in a Jatt family, he grew up aiming initially to join the Indian Army and attempted the SSB interviews several times without success. During his college years he gravitated toward performance, joining a theatre group and appearing in stage productions across Punjab and Haryana.

Ahlawat completed his school education at GHS Kharakara in Rohtak. He went on to study at All India Jat Heroes Memorial College in Rohtak and later attended the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). He also studied at MDU, Rohtak. Jaideep Ahlawat built his career steadily through supporting roles in Hindi cinema before earning broader recognition in digital series.
