Early life and background

Jashwanth Bopanna was born in 1999 and raised in Bangalore, Karnataka, though part of his childhood was spent in Cameroon. He attended the American School of Douala in Cameroon from 2004 to 2011 before returning to India, where he completed his schooling at Delhi Public School, Bangalore East. He later studied at Christ University in Bangalore and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Finance. Jashwanth has said he cleared the CF1 international finance exam.

Career

Jashwanth works as a fashion model, fitness trainer and dancer. He came into wider public view in 2022 when he participated as a contestant on MTV Roadies X9 (season 18), a season filmed in South Africa and hosted by Sonu Sood. During his college years he regularly took part in modelling assignments and dance events, and he has performed at college festivals including Saraang at IIT Madras in 2019.

Alongside his on-camera work, Jashwanth runs a fitness studio where he conducts both online and in-person fitness and dance classes.
