Early life and background

Prabhjot Singh, who is popularly known online as Jatt Prabhjot, was born on 9 December 1992 in New Delhi, India. Raised in a Sikh family, he completed technical studies that include a diploma in digital electronics and a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. He attended institutions in the Delhi–Gurgaon area, including the Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology in New Delhi and KIIT College of Engineering in Gurgaon.

Career

After finishing his engineering education, Prabhjot began working as a software developer in New Delhi. In 2017 he launched his self-titled YouTube channel, Jatt Prabhjot, and uploaded his first video, Leh Ladakh Trailer, in the same year. That launch marked a turning point: he left his software job later in 2017 to focus full time on content creation.

His channel centers on superbikes, travel and lifestyle vlogs. Motoring and long-distance travel are recurring themes in his work, and he has spoken about wanting to transform travel experiences into stories and web-series style content. In 2020 Indian Bikers Magazine listed him among the Top 15 Indian moto vloggers.

On 25 October 2022 Prabhjot was involved in a serious road accident while riding a Kawasaki H2 in Dhading district, Nepal. Reports state he lost control of the motorcycle and collided with a 79-year-old man; both were taken to hospital, the elderly man was later declared dead, and Prabhjot sustained injuries including damage to both legs.

In July 2023 media reports indicated he was expected to enter Bigg Boss OTT 2 as a wild card contestant.
