Jayanti Khatri Lamba, often called Jenny, was raised in Gurgaon, Haryana. She completed advanced studies in software engineering, earning a master's degree and receiving a gold medal for academic performance in 2010. Her education included time at KIIT College of Engineering and the Institute of Technology and Management.

Career

Jayanti began her teaching career soon after graduation. In August 2011 she joined the Institute of Technology and Management in Gurgaon as a teaching assistant, a role she held until May 2013. She moved to Poornima University in Jaipur in August 2013, working in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering for over four years before leaving in December 2017. Her academic experience also includes a position as an engineering and teaching assistant at Northcap University.

In July 2018 she cleared the UGC NET exam for computer science and applications. The following year she launched her YouTube channel, Jenny's lectures CS/IT NET&JRF, on 20 January 2019. With her husband supporting production and recordings, the channel focuses on a wide range of computer science topics and exam coaching: Computer Networking, Data Structures, Distributed Operating Systems, OpenMP, High-Performance Computing, Operating Systems, Distributed and Parallel Computing, C and C++, Algorithms, HTML, GATE coaching, JRF and UGC NET preparation, and Ph.D. guidance.
