Jeetu Gupta was born on 16 January 1980 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Raised in the same city he calls home, he developed an interest in performance early on and lists dancing among his hobbies. His zodiac sign is Capricorn.

Career

Gupta began his on-screen career with television, making an early appearance on the Star One show Hello Kaun Pehchan Kaun in 2008. Over time he built a resume of comic and character roles across Indian television, with credits on shows including Comedy Champion (Sahara One), Lapata Gang, Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai, FIR (Sab TV), Paanch, Its Complicated (Channel V), Baawre (Life OK), CID (Sony TV), Nautanki: The Comedy Theatre and Beinteha (Colors).
