Jibraan Khan was born on 4 December 1993 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Raised in the city where he was born, he completed his graduation from Shrimati Mithibai Motiram Kundnani College of Commerce & Economics. He is the son of actor Arjun (Firoz Khan) and Kashmira Khan, and he has two sisters, Sanah Khan Sharma and Farah Khan Bari. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius and he holds Indian nationality.

Career

Jibraan entered the entertainment industry as a child artist. One of his earliest screen appearances was in the year 2000 when he played the role of Dhruva in B. R. Chopra’s television series Vishnu Puran. He went on to appear in several Hindi films as a child, making his film debut in 2001 and featuring that year in projects that included Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Kyoki Main Jhoot Nahi Bolta, with another film credit in Rishtey in 2002.

As a young performer he also worked in television commercials and advertisements. After finishing college, Jibraan shifted some of his focus to dance education and worked as a dance instructor at the Shiamak Davar Institute in Mumbai, a school affiliated with his family.

Beyond performing and teaching dance, he trained in martial arts. More recently, Jibraan expanded his behind-the-camera experience by working as an assistant director on the 2022 Bollywood film Brahmastra. He has described that period as nearly two years of assisting on the production and has spoken about continuing to pursue acting opportunities through auditions and networking.
