Joseph Radhik was born on 26 June 1983 in coastal Andhra, Andhra Pradesh. Raised in Hyderabad, he completed a Bachelor of Engineering at Osmania University (2001–2005) before moving into management studies. Radhik began his professional life in the corporate world after finishing his post‑graduation.
