Kashyap Barbhaya was born on 30 September 1991 in Mumbai and grew up in the same city. He attended Rajhans Vidyalaya in Mumbai and later completed a degree in animation. Raised in a family connected to the fashion and creative industries, his father Mahesh Barbhaya worked as a fashion photographer and his mother Bindiya Barbhaya is a fashion designer. He has a younger sister named Prabhuti Barbhaya.

Career

Barbhaya began pursuing acting from a young age and moved into professional work as an actor and model. He made his film debut in 2017 with Love U Family, in which he played the character Avi. That same year he appeared in the film Sallu Ki Shaadi, taking on the role of Sallu. He later appeared as Shamim in the 2019 film One Day: Justice Delivered, which featured Anupam Kher.
