Early life and background
Kenneth Mathew Sebastian was born on 31 December 1991 in Kerala, India, and grew up in different parts of the country because his father served in the Indian Navy. He spent much of his youth in Bangalore and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya NAL there. After school he studied visual arts at Chitrakala Parishath, completing a bachelor’s degree in that field.

As a child he was drawn to storytelling, filmmaking and performance. He began making films as a teenager and by his early twenties had completed numerous short films and a couple of feature-length projects. He also took part in theatre for several years, which helped him move past early stage fright and prepared him for live performance.

Kenny launched his YouTube channel in 2008 and uploaded his first video, “9 Hours To Live,” in 2012.
