Krishna Vikram Bhatt was born on 19 December 1995 in Mumbai. Raised in a family with deep roots in Indian cinema, she is the daughter of filmmaker Vikram Bhatt and Aditi Bhatt. Her grandfather Pravin Bhatt worked as a cinematographer and her great-grandfather Vijay Bhatt was a noted director and producer. Krishna grew up in Mumbai and attended Jasudben M.L. School in Khar and later Ryan Global School.

From an early age she aspired to work behind the camera, influenced by the family environment and its connection to the film industry. She has described Mahesh Bhatt respectfully as "Mahesh uncle," reflecting the close professional and personal ties within her extended film family.

Career

Krishna began her film career in 2012 working as an assistant director with ASA Productions & Enterprises, contributing to projects that included Haunted 3D and Creature 3D. She continued gaining experience at Vishesh Films between 2014 and 2016, where she assisted on several Bollywood titles including Mr. X, Khamoshiyan, Love Games and Raaz Reboot.
