Manish Dhull was born on 25 August 2002 in Pai Village in Kaithal district, Haryana. Raised in a farming family, he grew up in the same village and started his sporting journey with wrestling as a child before shifting his focus to kabaddi. He trained at N.K. Academy in Haryana under coach Dilbagh Singh, where he developed the skills that would launch his professional career.
