Naga Shaurya Mulpuri was born on 14 January 1989 in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh. Raised in the same town, he later moved to Hyderabad for higher education and completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at St. Mary's College, Yousufguda. He is Indian by nationality and his zodiac sign is Capricorn.

His parents are Shankar Prasad, who worked in business, and Usha Prasad, a homemaker. He has a brother named Gautam, who is a software engineer. From a young age he enjoyed sports, particularly tennis, which he continued to play even after pursuing acting.

Career

Shaurya began his film career in Telugu cinema. Although he signed projects early on that were delayed, his first release came in 2011 with the Telugu film Cricket Girls and Beer, in which he played the character Vikram.
