Public profile

Najmeh Amini came to broader attention following her involvement in the protests that began in late December 2025 and spread across Iran. According to human-rights monitoring groups cited in the available material, she was first detained on January 31, 2026, at the Ferdowsi Shopping Center in Mashhad during those demonstrations.
