Namrata Sheth was born in Mumbai in 1992 and raised in the same city, where she completed her schooling at Jamnabai Narsee School. She later graduated from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. Sheth’s family includes her father Amit Sheth and two siblings: a brother named Aryan Sheth and a sister, Anushi Desai. She is unmarried.
