Natasha Ali was born on 1 January 1988 in Lahore, Pakistan. Raised in Lahore, she completed her higher education at the University of Lahore and is a graduate. From an early age she wanted to work in front of the camera; that ambition led to her first television opportunity while she was still in the tenth grade.

Career

Natasha made her television debut in 2001 with a supporting role on PTV in the drama Miss Fit. Over the following decades she developed a varied television résumé spanning drama serials, comedies, reality television and hosting assignments.

During the 2000s she appeared in a number of serials for different Pakistani channels. She played Seleema in Kabhi Kabhi Pyar Main (2006) and Saba in ATV productions including Bicharnay Se Pehle (2007) and Woh Subah Kab Ayegi (2008). In 2009 she took on the role of Rani in Bulbulay and began a recurring part as Dolly in the Geo Entertainment comedy franchise that included Azar Ki Ayegi Baraat (2009), Dolly Ki Ayegi Baraat (2010), Takkay Ki Ayegi Baraat (2011) and Annie Ki Ayegi Baraat (2012).

In later years Natasha continued to take diverse roles: she portrayed Yasmee in Qudrat on ARY Digital (2014), Sidra in Mohabbat Karna Mana Hai (2015) and made a special appearance on the comedy programme Mazaaq Raat in 2017. She also took part in reality programming, appearing on ARY Digital’s Madventures Season 2.

Her television work carried on into the late 2010s and early 2020s with roles in Mazung De Meena Sheena (2018), Malaal-e-Yaar (2019), Mushk (2020), Mrs Chaudhary Ka Tarka (2021) and Hook (2022). In 2023 she entered the reality show Tamasha season 2, a format inspired by international house-based reality concepts.
