Early life and background

Navdeep Kaur was born on 9 November 1989 in Kansbahal, Odisha. She grew up in that region and attended Mt. Carmel Convent School in Rourkela. Navdeep completed a BTech in Computer Science from Purushottam School of Engineering and Technology, Kansbahal, and went on to earn an MBA from the Indian Institute of Production Management (IIPM) in Kansbahal.

Career

After finishing her MBA, Navdeep began her professional life in the banking sector, taking a position as an assistant manager with Kotak Mahindra Bank in Odisha. She later worked as an assistant professor before transitioning into roles focused on personality development training and modelling.

Her entry into pageantry brought wider public attention. In 2021 she won the Mrs. India competition held at The Deltin in Daman. That victory led to her representing India at the Mrs. World pageant on 15 January 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At the international event she reached the Top 15 and was awarded the Best National Costume title for a design called the "Kundalini Chakra," created by designer Eggie Jasmin. The costume was noted for its symbolic representation of energy rising through the body’s chakras.

Navdeep has combined her public profile with social work. She is associated with Ladies Circle India, Rourkela, and has been involved in efforts supporting underprivileged children, including sponsoring education for girls.
