Neha Vaishnav was born on 4 August 1989 in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Raised in a Hindu family, she developed an early interest in music and began performing at religious events, weddings and local shows. Her father was Satish Kumar Vaishnav and her mother is Shalini Vaishnav. She has two brothers, Sourabh Vaishnav and Vaibhav Vaishnav. Neha attended the Mody Institute of Technology and Science during her college years and lists Aurangabad as her hometown.

Career

Neha’s public career is rooted in singing. In 2012 she recorded an unplugged rendition of “In Aankhon ki Masti Ke” from the film Umrao Jaan.
