Niti Taylor was born on 8 November 1994 in Gurugram, Haryana, India. She grew up in a multicultural household: her father, Sandip Taylor, is Gujarati-Hindu and a real-estate businessman who runs a firm called Aditi Estate, and her mother, Cheryl Taylor, is Bengali-Christian. Niti attended Loreto Convent School in Delhi and later studied at Sophia College for Women, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts.

She spent her childhood in Gurugram and has described herself as shy during her early years. Niti developed an interest in the glamour world as a teenager and began modelling with the intention of moving into acting. Her first commercial was for Tata Docomo.

Career
