Nivedhithaa Sathish was born on 26 September 1988 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She spent significant parts of her childhood living with her grandparents while her parents worked abroad. Raised in a family with an entrepreneurial mother and a father named Sathish, she also has a brother, Vijay Sathish, who is involved in motorsports, and at least one sister. She attended The Ashram School in Chennai and went on to study at M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication.
