Away from work she enjoys cooking, reading and sleeping. She follows a non-vegetarian diet and counts mango and biryani among her favourite foods. She names Ranbir Kapoor and Tom Cruise among the actors she admires, and Smita Patil as a favourite actress. Pallavi is a devotee of Lord Ganesha and is an animal lover who keeps a pet cat.
