Param Bir Singh Bhadana was born on 20 June 1962 in Paota village, Faridabad, Haryana. He completed his master’s degree in sociology from Panjab University in 1983. Param Bir joined the Indian Police Service in the 1988 batch and was allotted the Maharashtra cadre.
