She attended St. Paul’s Mission School and later graduated from Scottish Church College. Pooja Bose’s screen career began in television in 2008. That year she appeared in the serial Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat K and later gained wider recognition as Vrinda in the Star Plus drama Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna. She transitioned to film work and made a Telugu film debut with Veedu Theda in 2011. Over the following years she worked across genres and languages, appearing in titles such as Rocky, Challenge 2, Loveria, Teen Patti, Bhalobasa Bhalobasa 2 and Great Grand Masti.
