Priyanka Chaudhary Raina was born on 18 June 1986 in Rajnagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. She grew up in the same town and completed her higher education at KIET Group of Institutions, earning a BTech in Information Technology (2003–2007). Her family includes her father Tejpal Choudhary, who worked as a sports teacher, and her mother Sushila Devi Chaudhary. She has two brothers, Vivek and Abhishek Chaudhary.

After graduating, Priyanka began her career in the technology sector. In 2007 she joined Wipro as an IT professional. She later moved abroad and worked in the Amsterdam area for ING as a Product Owner. By 2011 she was back in professional services, working with Accenture as an IT consultant.
