Raja Shekar (Bigg Boss Telugu 6) Biography

Raja Shekar Muthyalu is an Indian model and actor from Hyderabad who transitioned from ramp and commercial modelling to short films and reality television.

Early life and background

Raja Shekar Muthyalu, known professionally as Raja Shekar, was born on June 18 and raised in Hyderabad, then in Andhra Pradesh and now in Telangana. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree and later pursued a career in modelling and acting. He stands about 6 feet tall (approximately 182 cm) and has dark brown eyes and black hair.

Career

Raja began building his profile in the fashion and commercial modelling world. He walked ramps and modelled for a variety of brands and events across India and abroad. Notable assignments include work for Raymond in 2016, a modelling agreement with Marks & Spencer in 2017, and promotional modelling for Big Bazaar the same year. He also represented apparel from GANT in 2018 and took part in commercial shoots for retail brands such as Central Mall.

His runway experience extended to fashion weeks and international stages. Publications in mainstream media and fashion outlets have featured him; The Times of India listed him among desirable Indian men in 2018, and Vogue included him in a 2019 feature.

Raja expanded into film with a short film debut in 2019. The short, titled Prav, received recognition by winning a Telugu Short Film Award (TSFA).
